All orders are made to order so I do expect money upfront before I can make your item. Once payment is received I will start your project not the other way around.
Once payment is given to me if you cancel the order you forfeit half the total you will only be reimbursed for half you do not get a full refund. As i took time to make your item. So make sure you definitely want the item before placing the order. You may however switch the items you want and pay the difference and or be reimbursed for half depending on how much the order is. If you choose that it was something you really didnt want. But you will not be issued the full refund if it was completely canceled.
I do NOT offer refunds. I can exchange most items within 6 days if it is UNUSED. If your item was shipped, you are responsible for shipping charges to ship back to me if you want an exchange. For Jewelry we will never allow exchanges or refunds because of hygienic reasons we cannot be sure you did not try them on especially the earrings.
If item is lost in the mail once the Mail man takes it ithere is nothing i can do it is out of my hands you will have to contact mail man yourself. All orders will have a tracking number issued to you once it is ready to go out.
If item is broken when it gets delivered in order to get a replacement i will need a photo of the way it came in the mail to show how damaged it is. You may not get a replacement unless I get a photo of it broken or damaged. I will only replace it you cannot get your money back.
Once you message me with the details of your order. I will make a square invoice and send it out to your email. So I will need a valid email to send out your purchase order receipt. Please message me with it when ordering.
Orders will ship out USPS and can arrive anywhere between 5-7 business days besides holidays when shipping usually takes longer. All orders will have a tracking number issued to you when order is ready to go out.
For safety reasons We do not allow pickups as we do not have a shop we do it out of our home. We also do not do delivery’s so your purchase will always be mailed to you. So short answer no. But our shipping fees we try to keep as low as we can for you by using pirate ship that discounts our packages for businesses.
Please allow 5-8 business days from time of payment for making item as everything is made to order. This means starting the day after payment and counting all days besides weekends. That is the way we count 5-8 days. Once it ships you will get a tracking number issued to you. We will try to get your item out as fast as we possibly can.
Shipping starts at $4 and goes up by weight. There is also a tax placed on all sales.
For an added $2.00 fee we will put your jewelry into a gift box. Otherwise it comes in a bubble mailer with earrings on cardboard back and in a drawstring gift pouch. Must request gift box at time of purchase
If you have a project you are thinking of and want us to help with it we will do the best that we can but there will be added price for a complete customized job. An added charge of $4 will be placed on it.

No “Double Dipping” what this means is if there is a sale going on coupons will not apply. Also when using a coupon or percent off or money value off coupon i gave you you cannot use more than 1 on 1 sale. Also cannot break 1 sale down into smaller sales just to use more than 1 coupon. As that would be savings on top of savings. We do not allow that so we do apologize.
